Income - Expense Software / App?

Hey guys,

Can you recommend any Income, Expense App/Software. As simple as possible without tons of unnecessary features.

I need to track my business income / expenses and fees on PayPal and when I sell a course, the fees I pay on those platforms etc.

Maybe also in different currencies or something, as I have USD & EUR payments.

Or do you just use Excel/Sheets?
