So i finally sat through and modelled the famous helmet WITHOUT buying the course. I only applied the skills Nikita has shown in his YouTube tutorials. The chamfer and the sweep techniques were the ones that helped in getting the model right and he has SHOWN them in his helmet modelling tutorials on YouTube. The rest was just going back and forth and starting over many many times.

Hi everyone! I'm Abhik, a 20 year old industrial design student based in Ahmedabad, India. I discovered plasticity and Nikita's courses earlier this year, and now I'm happy to be part of this community. My setup is nothing special: my M2 MacBook Pro, Portronics Hydra 10, Logitech M650L, a whole lotta junk to keep the creative juices flowing! I hope to be able to get a monitor soon by freelancing here and there, which is why I'm focused on improving my form development, CAD modelling and visualisation skills.
