Greetings from Japan! Industrial Designer exploring Plasticity
Hi everyone! I’m an Industrial Designer based in Japan. For many years, I’ve used SolidWorks for product development. While I have a solid understanding of manufacturing, my focus has always been on the design and aesthetic side. I also use Blender extensively for rendering and animation, but I found that precision modeling for industrial design in Blender can be quite challenging. That’s why I’m turning to Plasticity. I'm exploring it as a "3D sketching" and "rough design" tool to quickly iterate concepts before moving to the final CAD stages. Since my English is limited, I’m using AI to help me communicate.
