Working on a model using both programs mentioned above is an absolute awesome workflow.
Most of the time, I am working with Blender as this is the one where I do the texturing and final renders.But to save time, I am analyzing all the parts of the model before starting with the modeling in Blender to figure out which ones are easier and faster to model in Plasticity.
Those are the more organic ones with round edges all over the place and fillets and booleans which would take ages to get it right in Blender and only takes minutes in Plasticity. I model them in Plasticity, export them as Ngons and boom, you can start working in Blender and throw the OBJs imported from Plasticity into the mix with perfect shading.
You are unbeatable with this workflow, you take the best of both worlds and it's good for mental health.
