12 Steps to Sanity with lots of cursing (advance warning)
I'm sharing this because it's a different approach to my style.
A friend shared it with me, and since I thought it was hilarious, I'm sharing it with you.
Also, because, despite the curse words, it's right on point.
If cursing doesn't bother you, I invite you to compare the two lists. Which one resonates most with you?
On the other hand, if you would rather avoid cursing, don't read the image; stick with my list below.
12 Steps to Aligned Sanity
  1. Meditate daily, especially if you don't want to.
2. Let go, instead of arguing.
3. Laugh at every opportunity.
4. Release trying to rescue everybody else - focus on yourself.
5. Accept what is and radically embrace it.
6. Think less and BE more
7. Release procrastination and act in alignment
8. Radically embrace life without judgment
9. You are already whole - without anything or anyone else
10. Love yourself and release people-pleasing
11. Release needing the approval of others - approve of yourself
12. Have sex with someone who makes you feel good when you're not having sex.
