Embodiment Begins In Your Body If your physical system is out of alignment, then creating the life you desire becomes difficult and temporary. I say temporary because I know firsthand that you can force your way into wealth, health, and relationships through constant effort and performance. I also know that it does not last. Case in point, me. I built success by grinding, proving, overworking, and out-hustling the very energy that was trying to keep me alive. My mind was sharp. My willpower was strong.
