Down 55.4 lbs total. 47.5 of those pounds were pure fat.
That's 88% fat loss. 14.2% body fat. Muscle Score went up 10 points.
The "you're going to lose all your muscle" crowd needs to see this data.
GLP-1 didn't make me skinny fat. It made me lean. The resistance training kept the muscle. The protocol works when you do it right.
