Welcome to The Triple Reset - Here's what to do first...
So glad you're here! If you're in this community, you're probably a lot like me. Over 40, you've done the work in other areas of life, but somewhere along the way your body stopped cooperating. Maybe your energy tanked. Maybe the weight crept on and nothing you used to do works anymore. Maybe you're just tired of feeling like a downgraded version of yourself. That was me. I lost 55 lbs after 40 using three levers: GLP-1s, TRT, and consistent resistance training. Not one of those alone. All three, working together. That's the Triple Reset. This community exists so you don't have to figure it all out alone. We're here to share what's working, ask real questions, and keep each other accountable. Here's what I need you to do right now: 1. Introduce yourself. Drop a post in the community telling us who you are, where you're at physically, and what you're hoping to get out of being here. Be real. No one's judging. Frozen
I’m on a 2 week business trip. My formulated Tirzepatide got pushed to the back of the hotel fridge and ended up frozen. AI says it’s ruined and I need to throw it out, but thought I would bring it to the group. Has anyone had their medication frozen, then used it successfully? I’m away from home and can’t get more medicine, so I will be without my Tirzepatide for 2 weeks. Not looking forward to that.
Getting close to goal weight/ weight loss almost flat…getting harder.
Any tips? Don’t want to drop calories too much/reduce any more protein too much, don’t want to keep increasing the dose of Tirz, don’t want to just rely on the meds. Will be hard to increase the cardio. Already resistance training 4x a week, cardio 3x a week. Busy guy with family / high performing job. Any tips for that last 10-15?
