Selank?
I do not suffer from crippling anxiety, but I do have fear around public speaking like most people. I am starting a new position where I will be hosting presentations at dinners in front of 20-70+ people, and while I know that some amount of anxiety will be there until I put the reps in, I'd like to mitigate some of it by giving selank a chance. Have anyone here tried it and what where the results? Should I take it daily or only on the presentation days (1-2 days per week) when I have to be extra grounded? Intranasal or subQ? It seems that all the russian studies on humans were done intranasal so I am leaning towards that but I'd love some feedback.

@Sean Payne @Alex Stojkovic yeah I have heard of that but I actually started giving presentations last week and I am crushing it without any compound so Ill just keep on doing that! I think exposure and repetition will be best here.
Monitoring progress
How do you monitor your progress outside of the mirror? I use a Renphro biometric scale and app. Any other ideas?

The gym I go to has a pretty good InBody scale so thats what I use for now. I am thinking of getting a HR monitor to track heart rate and recovery as well, probably the Whoop band, anyone used that?

@Brent Gilliam thats amazing to read Brent, so happy that saved you. I have been kind of resistant to buying one for some reason but maybe I will reconsider because I know it does so much. I have always liked to keep it very simple and it’s worked for me well, but i’d like more data in this stage of my life.
Good Weight lifting tips
So I’ve never been a gym rat by any stretch lol. So I don’t know a lot about how to lift weights well. Do any of you have any apps or anything that could help me succeed? I don’t have a ton of money to throw at it but I would like any info you might have.

As a beginner you should focus on two things mostly, consistency and progressive overload (making sure you slowly increase reps and/or weights overtime). You are right to want to use something to app, that can help you track your workouts and that is the sure way to know if you are progressively overloading or not. I personally do not track anymore but I did for the first 5 years or so, and I just used a physical workout journal log with a pen (old school lol)
Mot-C anyone?
I am excited to start MOT-C, anyone has experience with it?

@Derek Butler I thought mots-c would be one of those that would be cheaper due to lower frequency but it seems like its higher dosing than most so it evens out or can actually be more expensive. Have you tried lower dose and eventually went to 3mg?

@Derek Butler Ill probably try 2mg twice a week and go from there, or 1mg daily… will report how it goes!

Hello everyone. I’m Xavier, from Mexico City. 45 yrs old, struggled with weight all my adult life. Made this transformation a top priority for me one year ago with the objective to get to 45 in the best shape of my life. In 10 months went from 28% to 12% body fat, reduced 66 lbs. Eating well, resistance training, was able to increase naturally testosterone from 400 to 700 with guidance from my doctor. Using Reta, Tesamorelin+Ipamorelin. I feel AMAZING. I was looking for a community to learn from and share ideas!
