Hey everyone, I’m a longtime friend of Lane and have followed his journey since the beginning back when he started his first YouTube channel. You won’t find a better guy! When he started sharing his fitness journey, I knew he was someone I could trust, and honestly his story really kicked my own health journey into overdrive. I started taking Tirzepatide on April 12, and as of today, May 27, I’m down 30 pounds!!! It definitely hasn’t been easy every day. At first, I was skeptical because the shots made me feel like I had a stomach bug for about a day after taking them. But after the first couple weeks, that feeling pretty much went away, and now it just works by quieting the constant hunger signals. I’ve also been trying to do this the right way by hitting the gym at least 3 times a week and walking or running 5 times a week because I didn’t want to lose my guns either 😂 I say all that because if you joined this group and you’re skeptical about GLP-1s, you’re in the right place. Getting hungry too often by day 4.
