Hey, I'm looking to learn more about the triage and the sales call relationship so I can see if there's improvements I need to make. There is someone else triaging the prospect before they get to me.
For me at my company, the triage is to help us know whether we want to work with this person [I sell a coaching program]. And that it can also help get the prospect primed and interested for more info/wanting to begin. Such as doing questions where we're building the gap, cost of inaction and such.
I'm still doing the full sales script so nothing is left undone, even though some of the info would have been touched on the triage call. Anywhere I should go look for more info or any thoughts anyone wants to add? I want to make sure the triage is being done effectively with the way we're being trained to do the sales call.
