Knowledge isn't what closes deals. Fluency closes deals. And fluency comes from immersion. Learned some cool principles today. One "strategy" is to Re-anchor. Review why this decision is important based on what the customer said - not on my opinions or beliefs. So, before your final pitch, remind them of how this will affect their quality of life. Rationale: you've built up some emotional currency, but if you don't cash it in you've mostly wasted all that effort. Thanx Aaron!

7 Secrets of sales - Am I missing something?
Hey guys I was just watching the 7-Secret of sales video and have a question. Am I missing something. Somehow there are only 6 secrets and number 5 is skipped. It jumps from 4 to 6. Was this on purpose or where can i find the 5th secret? Thanks
