PIF on a Monday
Just closed a PIF, first lead from the FB Ads we turned on a couple weeks ago. He was ice cold when came in. Had to battle a lot of limiting beliefs to get him to close. He told me that if this were to happen, he would 'feel like he could breathe again'... And if he didn't he wouldn't be able to live with himself because the idea of another w2 paralyzed him. WE ARE ROI POSITIVE ON THE ADS TIME TO SCALE.
group call takeaways
Just got off a sick call with @Aaron Seaton and @Annie Araujo My main takeaways are knowing WHY you are asking the questions you are asking. This builds conviction in the questions. If the prospect doesn't take ownership, because you didn't ask them the questions to help them do that, they won't take ownership and then they won't change make a decision to change and will stay where they are. It's SELFISH to not ask the hard questions (ownership, COI, consequence, etc) Also, deframing was a good takeaway. I sell to salespeople, so a lot of times I have guys who will say you're a good closer, or they will recognize what I'm doing. And say "hey thats a really good question man i use that same question." OR "hey you're a really good closer man" Aaron gave some really good advice on de-framing the call. My main takeaways are that when somebody does that, they are looking for significance. They are trying to feel good and smart. So we should reward this, and we should point out the commonality between them and me. "Oh that's awesome man! cool that you picked up on it... that means we are the same and since we are the same we know that questions can be used two ways: - They can be used to trap prospects. - They can be used to help prospects and to facilitate change. Depending on the morals and ethics of the seller. And since we are the good type of seller, the one that helps prospects and facilitates change we aren't afraid to ask the hairy questions... so in the spirit of helping and facilitating change going back to my question...."
3 calls today + 1 PIF
Had 3 sales call today and got one PIF from a call earlier this week at $7800. I typically build trust over a couple of calls. This gentlemen went from payment plan and the lowest tier to full pay at the mid tier and turning down multiple other opportunities and jobs before ours. He talked to multiple students as well. Overall the 3 net new calls today went well but I feel rushed on a 30 min call and feel like I could’ve closed both of them on a longer call. Probably will start expanding to 60 min slots. Am I cool to drop some recordings of the calls here for feedback? P.S. have already started incorporating learnings here into my calls and got feedback from 3-4 prospects today on my sales skills… that’s cute but it doesn’t pay the bills!

1 vs 2 call close
for the folks taking calls for high ticket programs my offer is between $6k-$15k. I've always done a 2 call close as one of my early mentors did it that way. Do more of you do 1 or 2 call closes?

@Aaron Seaton I typically schedule the calls at 30min. A certain % of leads from one of my channels are generally well qualified and have watched the Vsl and are educated. My market saturation is pretty light, nobody really coaches on what I do to the degree I do. So there’s a fair bit of education. As we’ve turned on my cold trafffic folks are definitely showing up less educated.

@Aaron Seaton thanks for the help bro! Will def have some more questions for yall
New to the group - context
I sell a high ticket coaching program that i created between $6k-$15k. I currently close at a 9.5% set call to close rate. I run a 2 step process and have done about half a million cash collected to date. most of it coming this year. I feel like i am losing a lot of deals by not just doing a 60 min 1 call close. I posted earlier about whether people prefer or are doing 1 or 2 step closes. I would really like to improve my conversion rate on calls as i feel like there is a lot of room for improvement. Let me know your thoughts! Excited to be here.
