Morning Forge Fam 🔥
While I was suffering through my 10 sets of squats this morning, I was listening to Tim Ferriss interview Ben Patrick (aka Knees Over Toes Guy).
Tim said something that really stuck with me — not just about training, but about life:
👉 Minimal Effective Dosage (MED) — what’s the least amount we can do and still achieve the results we want?
I’d never thought of it this way before, but it’s exactly what I’ve been trying to do with The RBLD Project.
I love helping people overcome injuries so they can become the active, capable humans they want to be.
At first, that means applying MED:
✅ What are the most effective movements to help you get out of pain and move better?
Then, once we’ve got momentum, we slowly build volume and bridge the ability vs. demand gap — building strength, mobility, and endurance so you can safely handle more.
Eventually, we have to ask the deeper question:Who do you want to become physically — and what does that look like in your training?
I’ve also realized something over the years… most people aren’t like me.And I don’t mean that as a brag — I just love to train. Most people train because they know it’s necessary if they want to thrive into their later years.
That’s why I’m here — to help you become kick-ass at any age, and stay that way for life.
End of sermon 😆
