Hey Forge Fam, Happy Friday!
The greatest wins aren't the PRs; they're the reclamation of your passion. This week, I received a text that perfectly captures the mission of The RBLD Project:
"The greatest gift anyone can receive is reduced pain. Thank you so much! I feel better every day."(See image attached!)
This is the client who was thinking about giving up Jiu Jitsu due to a chronic hip flexor injury that started last January. The vital role of progressive resistance and movement restoration was completely missed by the old industry model.
The RBLD Project is the solution I wish I had 28 years ago. We don't wait; we diagnose the root and rebuild structural integrity.
