🌿 Grace, Stillness & Real Growth
Thank you @Karen Moise, for sharing this so openly. 💛 There are seasons where your energy shifts. Where your focus moves. Where life asks more from you in ways no one else sees. That doesn’t mean you’re behind. It doesn’t mean you’ve lost momentum. Sometimes growth looks like grace instead of pressure. Sometimes strength comes from stillness instead of pushing harder. Your share was such a reminder that evolving doesn’t always look loud or productive — sometimes it looks like choosing kindness toward yourself. Really grateful you brought this into the space. 💛 If you missed today’s session, here’s the replay. See you all on Wednesday. 💛

🌿 Grace, Stillness & Real Growth
First Drop-In, A Strong Start 🤍
The first drop-in was really meaningful and fruitful! What stood out most wasn’t tactics, it was the connection. Everyone shared openly about personal life and business. Real conversations. Honest reflections. No filters. You could feel the trust building in real time. This is exactly the kind of space we’re creating, where you can talk about what’s actually happening behind the scenes. Thank you all for showing up the way you did. Grateful for the energy in this group already. See you all on the next drop-in. 💬

Waheguru: From Darkness to Light
I’m really grateful for the space we created today. 💛 My parents have practiced mantra meditation for years, and one chant that has stayed with me is Waheguru. Recently, I experienced firsthand how powerful simple repetition can be. There was restlessness. There was discomfort. There was unsettled energy in the room. We didn’t try to control it. We didn’t try to force calm. We just sat and repeated the mantra. Slowly, something shifted. Breathing deepened. The body softened. Stillness returned. It reminded me of something important: Meditation isn’t always about feeling something big. Sometimes it’s about regulating the nervous system. Sometimes it’s about creating safety through sound. Sometimes it’s working deeper than we can see. If your practice ever feels simple or quiet, don’t underestimate it. Repetition creates rhythm. Rhythm creates regulation. Regulation creates space. If you missed today’s session, here’s the replay. We’re also hosting a Drop In this Friday, invite a friend or anyone who might need grounding here. See you all on Wednesday. 💛

Grace in the Low Seasons
@Karen Moise , this is so powerful. 💛 What you shared about choosing grace instead of self-criticism, that’s real transformation. In seasons like this, it’s easy to turn inward in a harsh way. The fact that you’ve met yourself with presence instead says so much about the work you’ve been doing. Meditating every day, even in a low-energy season, is not small. That’s steadiness. That’s anchoring yourself when things feel uncertain. And what you said about the lowness giving you strength, it actually makes sense. When you stop resisting where you are and allow it, you conserve energy. Grace becomes fuel. “This too shall pass” becomes something you live, not just something you say. Thank you for sharing that with all of us. 🌿 If you missed today’s meditation, you can watch it here. Also, a reminder for everyone: This Friday we’re hosting a Drop-In session. It’ll be an open space to connect, get to know each other more, talk about the practice of meditation, and explore the areas where you may need more support right now. We’ll reflect together and deepen how this work shows up in real life. The session is open to all. Please check the Skool calendar for the Zoom details. Looking forward to seeing you there. 💛
