I’m really grateful for the space we created today. 💛
My parents have practiced mantra meditation for years, and one chant that has stayed with me is Waheguru.
Recently, I experienced firsthand how powerful simple repetition can be.
There was restlessness. There was discomfort. There was unsettled energy in the room.
We didn’t try to control it. We didn’t try to force calm.
We just sat and repeated the mantra.
Slowly, something shifted.
Breathing deepened. The body softened. Stillness returned.
It reminded me of something important:
Meditation isn’t always about feeling something big.
Sometimes it’s about regulating the nervous system.
Sometimes it’s about creating safety through sound.
Sometimes it’s working deeper than we can see.
If your practice ever feels simple or quiet, don’t underestimate it.
Repetition creates rhythm.
Rhythm creates regulation.
Regulation creates space.
If you missed today’s session, here’s the replay. We’re also hosting a Drop In this Friday, invite a friend or anyone who might need grounding here. See you all on Wednesday. 💛
