Finally Sharing What This Space Has Meant to Me
I’ve been thinking about how much this space has quietly become part of real life for me 🥰 Working closely with Gurminder through Soul Care has supported me in more ways than I expected. Of course it has shaped my work, but even more than that, it has changed how I handle stress, how I reset, and how I come back to myself when life feels full. I could relate to that so deeply with Karen when she shared how he change her life. Soul Care has a way of giving people something steady to return to. It brings you back to what matters, and over time, that begins to ripple into everyday life. I also love seeing how this work reaches beyond just us. Even my daughter already knows breathwork because of her exposure to the meditations here in SoulCare, and hearing Karen talk about her granddaughter following along made me smile. It’s amazing how children can connect with these practices in their own natural way too. That’s one of the things I appreciate most about this community. It’s not only the sessions themselves, it’s the stories, the growth, and the small ways this work keeps showing up outside the calls. I’m really grateful to be here, to keep learning from all of you, and to keep hearing everyone’s stories. And I’m already looking forward to your book, Karen 😊

Finally Sharing What This Space Has Meant to Me
Clarify Your Intentions
Thank you for such an honest and layered conversation today. 💛 The reminder that our thoughts expand is something we can’t hear enough. What we focus on grows. If we let guilt, pressure, or perfectionism take the lead, they expand. But when we choose intention, that expands too. What stood out most was this shift: Moving from obsessing over the action to anchoring into the intention. It’s easy to measure yourself by output. How much you did. How strong you are. How perfectly you showed up. But intention asks a deeper question: Who are you becoming through this? The intention to be healthy. The intention to be present. The intention to express yourself honestly. That’s what shapes everything. And one practical way to get clear on that? Use ChatGPT as a mirror. Instead of staying stuck in your head, try this: ✨ Ask: “Help me clarify the vision I have for my life in the next few years.” ✨ Paste your stream-of-consciousness thoughts and ask: “What themes and values keep showing up?” ✨ Then go deeper: “What are the core intentions behind this vision?” ✨ Finally: “Is this creating more presence or more pressure?” You can even ask it to turn your intentions into short reminders you can put on sticky notes or something you see daily when old patterns try to creep back in. Because when you’re clear on your intention, you stop chasing perfection. You start moving with purpose. The thoughts you nurture shape your language. Your language shapes your actions. And your actions shape your reality. So today, ask yourself: ✨ What thought do I want to let expand? ✨ What intention is guiding my actions? I’d love to hear what shows up for you. 💛 If you missed today’s meditation, you can find it here. See you all on Monday.

This felt like a gentle wake-up call to me. Thank you for sharing this tip!🙂
Trusting the Rhythm
Thank you, @Karen Moise, for sharing your heart so openly and for leading today’s meditation so beautifully. 💛 Your reflection on “this too shall pass” speaks to something deeper than the moment itself. It reminds us that life moves in seasons and that no single experience, whether joyful or heavy, defines the whole story. There is a quiet strength in allowing both expansion and contraction to exist. In experiencing a high without clinging to it. In moving through a low without believing it’s permanent. That steadiness, that wider perspective, is where resilience grows. This is the heart of the practice: Trusting the rhythm instead of resisting it. Staying present in every season. Returning to yourself with compassion as you rise and fall. If you missed today’s meditation, you can find it here. As you move through your day, notice: ✨What season are you in right now, a rise, a reset, or somewhere in between? ✨What helps you return to yourself when things feel heavy? Share below so we can hold space for each other. 💛 See you all on Wednesday. ✨

Thank you for today, Karen!
The Sound Beneath All Sound
Before words, before stories, before identity, there was vibration. The AUM mantra is called the root sound because it lives in everyone. It’s what we made before we learned how to speak and what we return to when we slow down. In my new meditation, we explore not just the sound but the silence between it. Because just like music, the stillness is where the real healing happens. If you missed today’s meditation, you can find it here. As you listen, notice: ✨ What shifts in your body? ✨ What do you feel in the silence? Tell me in the comments, I’d love to hear 💛

Who were you before you were told who you are?
Dancing like no one was watching. (This Polaroid was taken by stranger and given to my mom while we traveled cross country in our station wagon.)
