Finally Sharing What This Space Has Meant to Me
I’ve been thinking about how much this space has quietly become part of real life for me 🥰 Working closely with Gurminder through Soul Care has supported me in more ways than I expected. Of course it has shaped my work, but even more than that, it has changed how I handle stress, how I reset, and how I come back to myself when life feels full. I could relate to that so deeply with Karen when she shared how he change her life. Soul Care has a way of giving people something steady to return to. It brings you back to what matters, and over time, that begins to ripple into everyday life. I also love seeing how this work reaches beyond just us. Even my daughter already knows breathwork because of her exposure to the meditations here in SoulCare, and hearing Karen talk about her granddaughter following along made me smile. It’s amazing how children can connect with these practices in their own natural way too. That’s one of the things I appreciate most about this community. It’s not only the sessions themselves, it’s the stories, the growth, and the small ways this work keeps showing up outside the calls. I’m really grateful to be here, to keep learning from all of you, and to keep hearing everyone’s stories. And I’m already looking forward to your book, Karen 😊

Finally Sharing What This Space Has Meant to Me
A Reflection on Letting Go and Trusting What’s Next
Thank you, @Karen Moise for sharing so openly and for leading today’s meditation 🤍 What stayed with me from your reflection was the sense of trust, surrender, and freedom in the middle of such a big life transition. There was something really meaningful in the way you spoke about closing one chapter and stepping into another while allowing yourself to be guided, even without having every detail figured out. It felt like such a powerful reminder that sometimes the next step becomes clear when we stop trying to force the whole path at once. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: sometimes trusting what is unfolding is what helps us move into what is next with more peace ✨ Have you ever been in a season where life was asking you to let go before the full picture was clear? And what helps you trust the next chapter when you cannot see all of it yet? Also, a reminder that our Friday Drop In is a beautiful space to come as you are and share a little more openly. If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all again on Friday 😊

A Reflection on Letting Go and Trusting What’s Next
A Reminder to Trust What’s Unfolding
Thank you, @Karen Moise, for sharing this so openly 🤍 What stayed with me from your reflection was the sense of freedom, trust, and surrender in the way you spoke about this season of transition. There was something really powerful in the way you described reaching the end of something you have been moving toward for years, while also allowing yourself to stay present and let the divine lead the way. That felt like such a meaningful reminder that not having every detail figured out does not mean nothing is unfolding. Sometimes it means we are finally making room for what is next. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: sometimes peace comes when we stop trying to control every step and allow ourselves to trust what is opening ✨ Have you ever had a season where things felt uncertain, but also deeply right? And what helps you trust what is unfolding when you do not have the full plan yet? Also, a reminder that our Friday Drop In is a space to come as you are, connect more openly, and share whatever is on your heart. If there’s a friend or family member you’ve been thinking might enjoy this space, Friday is a beautiful one to invite them to join us. Check out calendar for details. If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊

A Reminder to Trust What’s Unfolding
Astrology Stuff
Per request, here is a brief snippet... On April 17, the New Moon moves into Aries symbolizing the fiery, fierce warrior. It is a very potent, fast-paced catalyst for change...new beginnings. Additionally, Uranus is moving into Gemini, RAPID awakening of higher mind and collective consciousness. ("mental jailbreak"). Now is the time to identify your noble purpose and direct your warrior-self to defend a higher purpose and for all beings. Uranus is is "the awakener" communicating higher truth, and Gemini is the Divine liaison between soul and personality. This can create a disruption to previous divided thinking internally, and externally. Right now there is a greater planetrary alignment which focuses on healing through action...think the peaceful warrior. (I said "might for right" from my love of the King Aurthur story of the round table). It is time to identify your own sovereignty warrior and find the courage to act for the geater good. Turn away from old confrontational warrior traights. The last time Saturn and Neptune were aligned in Aries, was the beginning of the Civil War. We can avoid that by making peace. I like the image of the fiery fierce warrior. I see violet flame (vs burning hot flame) which purifies and helps realign within me.
A Beautiful Reminder to Trust What Brings Peace
Thank you, @Andrea Leslie, for sharing this with so much honesty 🤍 What stood out to me in your reflection was how true it felt that peace is not always something we find by waiting. Sometimes it comes through being willing to make a hard choice and trust what feels right for you and your family. There was something really meaningful in that reminder. The decisions that bring more peace are not always easy in the moment, but they can bring a kind of lightness that tells us we listened to ourselves. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: peace sometimes asks us to let go of what is no longer aligned ✨ Have you ever felt that kind of lightness after making a hard decision? What helps you trust yourself when something no longer feels right? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊
