What If Moving Forward Begins with Standing Completely Still?
Hi everyone! I really enjoy every meditation and group conversation with you all! There was something so calming about today's practice as we look ahead to a fresh new month. One part that really stayed with me was @Karen Moise's share about experiencing a profound sense of internal freedom, even while sitting right in the middle of a shaking house full of construction workers. It felt like such a grounding way to begin the day, and a beautiful reminder that when we release the heavy obligations placed on us by the outside world and lean into our own stillness, the right path forward naturally clears up for us. Thank you all for joining today and for making the conversation feel so incredibly warm, thoughtful, and genuine. If you missed today’s session, the replay is here. Looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday 😊

What If Moving Forward Begins with Standing Completely Still?
When Time Becomes the Sweetest Legacy of All
Thank you, @Kristi Drago-Price , for wrapping us all in such a beautiful, tender piece of your heart today 🤍 It was so deeply moving to hear how today’s meditation gently swept your mind back to the comforting sights and sounds of your childhood home. How many of us get so caught up in the heavy hustle of building a career that we temporarily lose sight of the quiet, priceless magic found in simply choosing the people we love over everything else? Your dad’s intentional choice to be a present father rather than chasing a bigger paycheck is such a breathtaking legacy. Carrying that exact philosophy into your own business, especially during slower industry seasons, is a beautiful reminder that our time is our ultimate currency. Financial cycles will always have their rhythm of feast or famine, but pouring your presence into your family builds a soft, lasting wealth that can never be taken away. So I’m curious: When the outside world feels a bit heavy or business gets stressful, how can you wrap yourself in that reminder of what true success looks like? What is one small way you can cherish your open time as your highest asset this week? Just a gentle little heads-up for our week ahead: we won't be having our usual Friday drop-in session. I truly hope you can use that extra pocket of time to give yourself some well-deserved breathing room! If you missed this beautiful session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

When Time Becomes the Sweetest Legacy of All
How Do You Shorten the Waterfall of Grief and Negative Thoughts?
Thank you, @Kristi Drago-Price, for such an open and heartfelt share 🤍 What really stayed with me was the vulnerability in how you described your thoughts feeling like an overwhelming waterfall pulling you toward the negative, especially while navigating your very first Father's Day without your dad and facing his upcoming birthday and family memorial. How many of us find ourselves trapped under a heavy rush of emotion during milestone moments of loss, struggling to keep our heads above water as our minds process the weight of deep grief? The takeaway I'm holding from your share is this: shifting our focus to gratitude during our hardest transitions doesn't minimize our pain; it simply anchors our nervous system so we can navigate the grief with more grace. So I'm curious: Is there a heavy waterfall of thoughts or a challenging milestone you are trying to navigate this week? And what is one small anchor of gratitude or one supportive community space you can lean into today to help shorten the rush? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊
