A Beautiful Reminder About Patience
@Andrew Moss, thank you for sharing this. I really loved hearing you talk about your daughters and the gratitude you feel watching them grow into their own lives. The way you described their freedom to choose their own path, in their own way and on their own timeline, was really beautiful. You can feel how much love and respect is there. I also appreciated what you shared about patience. That line about how the “old you” wouldn’t have had the patience to spend five minutes breathing probably hit home for a lot of people. And now those few minutes after the gym and before bed are helping you regulate, slow down, and sleep better. That’s powerful. It’s such a good reminder that sometimes the real shift isn’t doing more, it’s learning how to be with what is. Curious for everyone reading this: Where in your life are you being asked to practice a little more patience right now? Join us again next month for the next Drop In and be part of the conversation.

Honor the Space Between
Thank you, @Jill Pidcock, for this beautiful share. How often do we rush through life because slowing down feels unfamiliar? Not because rest is wrong. But because we’ve trained ourselves to believe that peace has to be earned. One part of this meditation really stayed with me: honoring the space between. The space between doing and resting. The space between pushing and pausing. The space between who you were and who you’re becoming. A lot of growth does not happen when you force more. It happens when you make room to breathe, reflect, and be present with yourself. That space is not empty. That space is where clarity returns. That space is where balance comes back. That space is where peace can meet you again. A beautiful reminder to slow down, give yourself grace, and trust that not every season needs to be rushed. 💛 Reflection: Where in your life do you need to honor the space between right now?
