What If Slowing Down Isn’t the Scary Part?
Thank you, @Jill Pidcock, for such an open and thoughtful reflection 🤍 What really stayed with me was the honesty in exploring how sometimes we stay busy not because we need to, but because slowing down means being alone with our thoughts. How many of us have done that? Filled the calendar, kept moving, distracted ourselves just so we would not have to sit with what is actually there? The part that stood out most was the realization that maybe the thing we fear is not the slowing down itself, but what we imagine might happen if we actually let ourselves feel. The takeaway I’m holding from this conversation is this: sometimes we are stronger than the stories we tell ourselves about what will happen if we pause ✨ So I’m curious: Do you ever keep yourself busy to avoid sitting with your thoughts? And what do you think might happen if you gave yourself a little more space instead? Also, if this conversation spoke to you, you can watch The Secret Film here. If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊

Our May meditation schedule is here 🤍
This month, we’re holding space for more stillness, support, and meaningful connection. Join us every Monday and Wednesday for our Soul Care Meditations. Our Open House Meditation happened last Monday, and we’d love to have you join us for the next one. We’ll also be hosting our Drop-In Friday on May 29. Both are open to all and are a beautiful way to experience the Soul Care community. Whether you’re new here or returning to keep showing up for yourself, these sessions are here to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Add the dates to your calendar, and we’ll see you there ✨

What If the Little Things Matter More Than We Think?
Thank you, @Andrea, for such an honest and heartfelt share 🤍 What really stayed with me was the way you reflected on those simple backyard sleepovers with your dad and how something that may have felt small at the time ended up holding so much meaning. How many moments do we move through without realizing they may become the memories our kids carry with them? The part that stood out most was your reminder that we do not always have to lead with structure and rigidity. Sometimes more play, more softness, and more joy are exactly what make those little moments feel like everything. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: sometimes the moments that seem the smallest are the ones that stay with us the longest ✨ So I’m curious: What is one “little” moment from your childhood that still stays with you? And how do you want to bring more of that feeling into your life now? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

What If This Is the Month to Open Up?
Thank you, @Kristi Drago-Price , for such an open and thoughtful reflection 🤍 What really stayed with me was the way you described feeling a little closed off, like a bud that knows it is time to open but is still gathering the courage to do it. How many of us have been there? Wanting to step into what is next while also feeling the anxiety that comes with really locking in and showing up fully? The part that stood out most was the reminder that growth does not always begin with feeling fully ready. Sometimes it begins with simply being willing to open a little more. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: sometimes the next step is not about forcing yourself forward, but trusting that you are allowed to bloom in your own timing ✨ So I’m curious: Where in your life do you feel like you are being asked to open up a little more right now? And what helps you move through the anxiety that can come with that? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊
