A Beautiful Reminder to Trust What Brings Peace
Thank you, @Andrea Leslie, for sharing this with so much honesty 🤍 What stood out to me in your reflection was how true it felt that peace is not always something we find by waiting. Sometimes it comes through being willing to make a hard choice and trust what feels right for you and your family. There was something really meaningful in that reminder. The decisions that bring more peace are not always easy in the moment, but they can bring a kind of lightness that tells us we listened to ourselves. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: peace sometimes asks us to let go of what is no longer aligned ✨ Have you ever felt that kind of lightness after making a hard decision? What helps you trust yourself when something no longer feels right? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

A Beautiful Reminder to Trust What Brings Peace
A Gentle Reflection on Growth in Real Life
One of the things I really value about this space is getting to hear how the work shows up in real life. This meditation reflection from @Kristi Drago-Price was such a good reminder that growth is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like honoring your energy, appreciating your body for what it carries you through, and remembering to use the tools you’ve been given in the middle of everyday life. That was one of the biggest highlights for me: Soul Care is not about getting it perfect. It is about having something to return to when life feels full, messy, or overwhelming. And @Karen Moise, happy birthday 🤍 We’re so grateful for your presence in this community! To everyone in this space, thank you for being here. Every share, every reflection, and every moment of honesty adds something meaningful to this community. If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊

A Gentle Reflection on Growth in Real Life
Sadhguru
Gurminder told me today about Sadhguru. Do you all follow him? I like this talk about our thoughts. Reminds me of our "I'm not the mind, I'm not the body" meditation! "Only if you create a distance between what is you and what is your body and mind, can you experience something new" https://www.instagram.com/reel/DWk80FzEz4L/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

A Beautiful Reflection on Gratitude and Growth
Thank you, @Jill Pidcock , for bringing this kind of openness into the space 🤍 What stayed with me from your reflection was how beautifully you described your relationship with your body changing through each season of life. From your 20s, to motherhood, to where you are now, there was something really powerful in the way you spoke about arriving at more peace, self-respect, and gratitude. It felt like such a meaningful reminder that our relationship with our body is allowed to evolve. And sometimes the real shift is not in how we look, but in how we hold ourselves. The biggest takeaway from your share was this: with time, we can learn to meet ourselves with more gratitude, more softness, and more respect ✨ How has your relationship with yourself shifted over the years? And what feels easier to appreciate now than it used to? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

A Reminder to Return to Yourself
Thank you, @Jill Pidcock, for this beautiful share 🤍 What stayed with me from this moment was the way you described becoming one with the tree, solid, wise, quiet, and grounded. The way you spoke about needing something strong, loving, and steady felt like such a gentle reminder that sometimes we are not looking for more, we are simply looking to return to what already grounds us. The biggest takeaway from your share was this: sometimes strength looks quiet, rooted, and deeply present ✨ How often do we give ourselves space to return to that grounded part of ourselves? And what changes when we do? If you missed this meditation, watch the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊
