What If June Is Asking You to Take It One Thing at a Time?
Thank you, @Kristi Drago-Price, for such an open and thoughtful reflection 🤍 What really stayed with me was the way you put words to stepping into a full month without needing to figure out all of it at once. How many of us do that? Look at everything coming up and feel like we have to mentally carry the whole month before it even begins? The part that really landed for me was the reminder that sometimes the best thing we can do is take it one thing at a time, let one piece get figured out, and trust that the rest will come together too. So I’m curious: What helps you stay grounded when a lot is coming up at once? And where in your life right now do you need to take things one step at a time? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Friday for our Drop In. 😊 It’s open to everyone, so feel free to invite anyone you’d like to join us. Link for the meeting is on your calendars!

What Has Shifted Your Perspective Lately?
Thank you, @Grace Brown, for sharing this so openly 🤍 And congratulations on 30 weeks. Such a beautiful milestone! What stood out to me was how quickly perspective can change, especially in a season like pregnancy. It is easy to get caught in the discomfort, the waiting, and wanting things to move faster. And then something happens that brings you back to the present and reminds you to appreciate where you are a little differently. I thought there was something really meaningful in the way you shared that this experience made you look at this stage of pregnancy in a new way. Even the parts that feel hard, uncomfortable, or exhausting can start to feel more meaningful when your perspective shifts. So I’m curious: Has something recently shifted your perspective in a way you did not expect? And what are you finding yourself appreciating a little more right now? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

Has Life Ever Felt Heavy and Beautiful at the Same Time?
Thank you, @Stephanie Laur, for such an honest and thoughtful share 🤍 What really stayed with me was the way you put words to holding two completely different feelings at once. How many of us have been there? Feeling grateful and grieving. Celebrating something beautiful while also carrying something heavy. The part that stood out most was the reminder that we do not have to choose one feeling over the other. Sometimes both can be true at the same time. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: two opposite feelings can coexist, and there is grace in allowing both to be there ✨ So I’m curious: Have you ever been in a season where joy and sadness were both present at once? And what helps you stay grounded when life feels both full and tender? If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday😊

What If Letting Go Makes Space for Something Beautiful?
Thank you, @Karen Moise , for such an open and heartfelt share 🤍 What really stayed with me was the honesty in how you described letting go of things that held so much meaning. How many of us hold onto things not because they are just objects but because they carry memories, seasons, and pieces of who we have been? The part that stood out most was your reflection that your loss found a new home, just like your things did. There was something so beautiful in that. It felt like such a reminder that letting go does not always mean something is lost forever. Sometimes it means it gets to keep bringing joy in a new place, in a new way. The takeaway I’m holding from your share is this: sometimes releasing what we thought we had to hold onto creates space for something unexpectedly beautiful ✨ So I’m curious: Is there something in your life you have been holding onto that may be ready to be released? And what might become possible if you let it go? Thank you, @Kristi Drago-Price, for leading today’s session as well 🤍 If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊
