The Sound Beneath All Sound
Before words, before stories, before identity, there was vibration. The AUM mantra is called the root sound because it lives in everyone. It’s what we made before we learned how to speak and what we return to when we slow down. In my new meditation, we explore not just the sound but the silence between it. Resilience, Wisdom, and New Beginnings
@Lillian Wright shared something powerful in today’s space. She reflected on how much of 2025 has brought unexpected struggles and how proud she is of the way she showed up anyway. Even when the year felt heavy, she recognized her own resilience and growth. What stood out most was her intention to stop striving and start trusting. Instead of constantly trying to be “better,” she’s choosing to become more familiar with her intrinsic wisdom and allow herself to mature into her feminine knowing. Not chasing. Not proving.
