What If Being 'Seen' Begins with How We See Others?
Thank you, @Karen Moise , for sharing such an incredibly heartwarming and beautiful update on your new chapter today 🤍 It was so deeply moving to hear how you’ve navigated eleven weeks of moving and six weeks of chaotic construction, only to find yourself surrounded by an abundance of love. From your contractor praising your incredible planning skills to being embraced with open arms by your new neighbors, your journey is a gorgeous testament to what happens when we lead with an open heart. How many of us get so consumed by our own daily checklists and the stress of our environments that we forget to look up, missing the beautiful opportunities to connect with the people right in front of us? I absolutely loved the story of your porch basket and mini-fridge for the delivery drivers. Hearing how they look into your Ring camera just to thank you for "seeing them" is the ultimate reminder of your superpower. You have this beautiful ability to mirror gratitude, proving that community isn't just a place we live, but something we actively create through small, intentional acts of kindness. So I’m curious: How can you actively practice "seeing" someone in your daily life this week, even in the midst of your own busy schedule? What is one small, warm way you can mirror gratitude back to your community today? If you missed this beautiful session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

When Protecting Your Peace Means Driving in Separate Cars
Thank you, @Andrea Leslie, for sharing such a practical and beautifully grounded piece of your week today 🤍 It was so relatable to hear you talk about navigating intense family dynamics and challenging professional settings. When you felt your heart rate rising, you used your breath to visualize a sweeping wind clearing out the tension, allowing you to disconnect from the surrounding chaos. How many of us feel obligated to completely submerge ourselves in stressful or high-intensity environments, thinking we just have to endure it to avoid making waves? I loved how you quietly set boundaries during your family trip, like simply choosing to drive in your own car to the river, giving your immediate family a gentle pocket of space to filter the energy and reset. Showing your kids how to actively prioritize peace and kindness without passing judgment on anyone else is such a beautiful masterclass in conscious parenting. So I’m curious: Is there a situation this week where you can quietly create a small physical or emotional buffer to protect your own energy? If you missed this beautiful session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊

When Protecting Your Peace Means Driving in Separate Cars
Filling Your Cup in the Midst of a Busy Season
Thank you, @Andrea Leslie , for such a beautiful and timely reminder about making space for your own growth 🤍 What really stayed with me was your reflection on using this summer to intentionally feed your soul, leaning into your natural curiosity and picking up books like The Alchemist and a study on the Sabbath to help fill your cup. How many of us put our own learning, passions, and inner care on the absolute back burner the moment a busy season hits, assuming we just don't have the capacity to tend to ourselves while managing everything else? The deepest takeaway from your share is that we don't have to wait for life to completely slow down to start nurturing our minds. Giving yourself permission to pause, stay curious, and actively invest in your inner world is exactly how you create a steady oasis of peace, no matter what is happening around you. So I’m curious: What is one small way you can fill your own cup this week? Is there a book, a practice, or a quiet moment of curiosity you’ve been putting off that your soul is quietly asking for right now? Just a gentle heads-up about our book club: we are shifting our discussion of The Alchemist to next month to give everyone plenty of extra breathing room to finish reading! Our official book talk is now rescheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026. 📚 If you missed this session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Monday 😊

What If True Freedom Is Already Waiting Inside You?
Thank you, @Karen Moise, for sharing such a beautiful piece of your heart today 🤍 It was so moving to hear you talk about meeting your future self and stepping into a new chapter anchored in "wisdom", completely letting go of old imposter syndrome to welcome this deep, warm sense of peace. How many of us live our lives constantly on the go, carrying the heavy weight of mothering everyone else and managing endless outside expectations? Your dream of packing a single backpack and heading to the Andes was such a fun, refreshing reminder to savor our current chapters, knowing that this sweet, obligation-free peace is waiting for us on the other side. So I’m curious: What is one heavy expectation or responsibility you can gently set down this week to give your nervous system a little more freedom? If you missed this beautiful session, you can find the replay here. See you all on Wednesday 😊
