After a lot of reflection, Learning-You is evolving into "The 3 Minute Pause" The name is changing, but the soul of it — learning to pause between trigger and response — stays exactly the same.
This will no longer be a women-only space, and the focus will shift a little more toward dysregulation and re-regulation.The classroom remains, and new courses are coming soon.
