I am so glad you are here. This community was built for people who are done settling for incomplete answers and are ready to go deeper on their health journey. My goal is simple. I want this to be the most valuable health education community you have ever been a part of. I am committed to bringing you information, insights, and education that most people have never had access to before, and to continuously raise the bar on what a community like this can offer. Bloated and puffy after workouts
I assume this is some sort of exercise intolerance? I already asked about fueling and electrolytes (both seems to be a in a good place). @Curtis Gillespie Sayers
Reta Non Responder
I have a client. I have been trying to help out that is NOT responding to Reta…. We have stair stepped him up to 4mg per weeek and he’s hasn’t lost ANY weight! He 6’8” 280 and I wouldn’t say fat at all but has some weight to loose! He’s trying to get to 250! He responded well to SLU 500mcg! What would cause this? TBH I have not seen anyone NOT have luck on Reta in my experience?
