Drop your questions here for tomorrow's Q&A!
Hey everyone, If you can't make the Q&A tomorrow, go ahead and drop your questions in the comments below. I'll do my best to cover them live on the call, and anything I don't get to I'll follow up on afterward, either by replying here on the thread or recording a quick Loom video.

I'll be on the call most likely but its early here so laying in bed since its my one day I dont have to get up and get going and most likely not on camera:) Question on genetic testing: I know you're a fan of SelfDecode and you've mentioned that we don't necessarily need to purchase all of the extra reports because most of the valuable information is already in the genetic data. However, for those of us who aren't well-versed in reading genetics, how do you recommend we actually interpret the results? I know you mentioned you could but what if we have clients that are interested? Are there specific reports within SelfDecode that you think are worth purchasing, or specific genes/pathways that provide the most actionable information? Also, do you recommend genetic testing for everyone, or are there certain clients—especially those who are already highly anxious, stressed, or prone to health anxiety—where genetics may create more overwhelm or stress than benefit? If you were teaching a coach or health practitioner where to start, what would be the top genetic pathways or SNPs to focus on first, and which ones tend to be the most clinically useful versus just interesting? Also if you have the "gene" what does that mean and how do you use the information to help the client. I understand some of it but want your take on it. Are there any other tests that are comparable that come with reports that are reasonably priced? I have access to a few different sites- just curious...

Sinus Nebulizing Guide
Hey everyone, I have added a sinus nebulizing guide to the classroom, equally as important as the nasal rinses! https://www.skool.com/the-healing-path/classroom/d4cf9383?md=554b39f311e34ac29313621f7367d0ee

Curtis—hi, I'm Harlow (fawn, almost 9, diva) and Bella (brindled, 11 in August, the sweet one except for nail trims I'll cut a bitch if you bring that thing near me). We’re healthy bulldog/with a touch of Boston mixes, eat real food (thanks mom and dad), good weights, no major allergies or normal bulldog issues and our teeth are sparkling white according to our vet (we know… rare). Our Momma mentioned you are the go to for longevity so as we head into our “aging but still fabulous” era—what should we actually prioritize to stay that way? Joints, brain/mitochondria, eyes, inflammation—what truly matters vs what’s a waste? Also… peptides 👀 do you use them with dogs, which ones make sense for healthy aging, and do they ALL involve needles (asking for a friend (Bella… she’s already filing a complaint)? If you had two dogs like us, what would your simple longevity plan be—like 3–5 non-negotiables? Thanks in advance. We get a multi-vitamin but mom was looking at fullscript and thought we should upgrade to thorne or eye support but wanted to see what your thoughts were....

ps I'll be on for a most of the call but just in case we don't get to this...
Weight Loss Peptide?
I have tried GLP-1 options, but I already deal with slow gastric emptying and they just compounded that issue drastically. I recently found out my Gallbladder is not working optimally, which likely has been plaguing my digestion and has also been part of my gut inflammation issues. That said, I’m ordering oral BPC today. Is there anything else this community would suggest I add to either help with weight loss and/or or gallbladder function?

Curtis can jump in on this one... but if you go to the classroom at the top he has an entire topic on the gallbladder and supplements he recommends.
