I’m going to try and be on, but I’ve been losing hair (since last year) and I think it’s because I stopped birth control and spirolactone (50mg daily) in September. I’m 37 and normal cycles. I’m doing Fully Vitale Serum, currentbody red light mask, codeage hair vitamins, and zenagen shampoo. Do I just need to be patient? It’s been 2 months and seems like the shedding is lessening, but I wonder if my androgen is up?

Also if you have time - I have really bad allergies. I’m assuming they’re allergies based on it being my nose and an allergy test back in 2016. But I deal with them year round pretty much. I always have yellow and slightly bloody boogers 😅 when I wake up, I will have a tissue full from blowing my nose and through the day theyll keep on coming 😂 I used to be on Dymista nasal spray and 2 zrytec a day along with allergy shots. I’m now down to 1 zrytec in the morning and allergy shots 1x every 2 weeks. I’ve also noticed a difference in having less ear infections, but I still will get sinus pressure and headaches along with ears getting fluid on them occasionally.
Selank
One quick question I hope - I’ve been doing Selank as a nasal spray (constituted with 3ml, pull out 1ml, add in another 5 so 6 total - 100mcg) I have been under stress so it may not be fair, but I feel like it’s not working. Should I do a higher potency nasal spray or I do an injection instead? if so, how much?

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers thanks!! I was just doing 1 spray and then got brave the last 2 days and did 2. So I’ll play with more sprays if I’m feeling higher stress. Thank you again!

BPC-157 for injury
Hi! I have a client on BPC-157 (injections) trying to help an injury. It’s only week 2 and her bottom vertebrae is compressed pinching the nerve and causes pain all the way down her leg into her calf. She’s on 20 units (did 10 units last week). Is there anything else I should be telling her that may help? Not necessarily even another peptide but to get BPC-157 to kick in :P I don’t know the mg/mcg but it’s through EllieMD @Tina Haupert may know the mg/mcg

One more question :) The blend concentration she has is: - 3 mg/mL BPC-157 - 3 mg/mL TB500 Since the BPC concentration is 3 mg per 1 mL, we calculated the dose volume needed to reach 5 mg BPC, which came out to 1.67 mL total. Correct? Using a standard U-100 insulin syringe: - 1 mL = 100 units So 1.67 mL converts to approximately 167 units total. Because it’s a blended peptide, that same dose would also provide 5 mg TB500.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers haha okay thanks. I had to have mom help me with the math and logic before asking you too 😅
MOTS-C
I have someone asking me about MOTS-C, and I remember you don't love it. Can you refresh my memory on why you don't and who it might be good for? I didn't see it in the Classroom tab, but I apologize in advance if I missed it. The person asking is dealing with injury, gut issues, inflammation, energy dips and just not feeling like herself. No mast cell issues.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers thank you so much! I’m excited to go read more in the peptides guide, too. I was worried when she mentioned it.

I’m aiming to be on tomorrow (face is a hot mess from a tret + GHK+cu trial - you’ve been warned lol) I have 3 questions. You don’t have to answer all of them because of time. Pick your favorite if you want 😂 1) what are your opinions on spirolactone? I was on for it years for acne. I stopped it (no reason other than I had hoped my hormones settled down and I’d be okay without it…now my hair is shedding even 7 months after stopping it) no chance of pregnancy, 37 yrs old, and BP is okay. 2) selank for anxiety - do I just take it as-needed when I feel anxious? I’m doing nasal spray and honestly could probably need it 3-5x a week at this moment but maybe it’ll even out as I take it? 3) hip flexor…My hips have always been a bit annoying. I had a rough child birth when I was born & can remember them hurting at the start of school starting in high school from the walking and sitting. Now my right hip flexor (front and side hip) hurt when I sit crisscrossed, walk for exercise, and on leg day. It’s not terrible, but I know it’s there. It’s tight. Should I adapt my workouts? I do 2 heavy leg days (Monday and Friday), walk at a steady pace for about 40 mins 2 days, and would like to add a HIIT 1x a week (no jumping) I occasionally do a flexibility class
