Shannon Smith 4:33pm It is all in powder form, so I need to add it together with the bac water. But I don’t know how to go forward. How do I mix it all together? When does it need to be refrigerated? Etc. and etc.!

Ok great. No I do not have an Oura ring. Do You suggest I get that to monitor my heart rate? What do you mean by usage duration? I think I wanted to try Reta instead of the Tirzepitide. Where do I find 250 MCG? From what source should I purchase?
