GERD
Starting to help my wife's aunt. She has had GERD for years and taken a PPI for a long time. She is of of it now, but still has periodic GERD symptoms. She now has calcium deficeny along with osteoperosis. I was thinking on honing in on the gut health with her, fix that to allow for better nutrient absorption. Is GERD commonly a result of malfunctioning valve or something else? What is the best way to rebalance the stomach acid to a healthy point?

Once I get the digestion smoothed out, and entire GI track healthy, where would be your first thing to go for better bone mineral density? I am thinking that once her digestion is better, it should help a lot.
Drop your questions here for tomorrow's Q&A!
Hey everyone, If you can't make the Q&A tomorrow, go ahead and drop your questions in the comments below. I'll do my best to cover them live on the call, and anything I don't get to I'll follow up on afterward, either by replying here on the thread or recording a quick Loom video.

When it comes to people having poor methylation and detox, is that something that can get better as people get healthier, or just how it will be?

Since this flair up and really focusing on my health, my health metrics(HRV, resting HR) are improving, joint inflammation seems to be down, sleep is amazing, objectively I feel very healthy, however my colon still is bleeding, and inflamed. Why does it feel Like everything but that improves?
Fiber
It seems fiber can be a really nuanced topic, with some camps saying you don’t need any, and others saying you need a lot to prevent colon cancer along with living a healthy lifestyle. Understanding it can be context dependent, what are your overall thoughts on fiber in a healthy lifestyle?
HCG vs HMG
HCG for testicular preservation, and my estradiol is running high. I keep reading that chronic hCG desensitizes the LH receptor and that you should rotate hCG and hMG, one of each twice a week, to avoid that. Is that a real concern at preservation doses, or does it only apply to high fertility doses? And since hMG also has LH activity, would rotating actually bring E2 down, or is reducing the hCG dose the more sensible move? Trying to avoid adding an AI if I don't need one.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers @Weissam Eid sounds like were in the same boat with not detoxifying estrogen well😂
DUTCH Test Overview (potentially best way to analyze hormones)
Hey everyone, I filmed a Dutch Test overview: Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. This is a test that I like to run alongside blood work to truly assess what is happening with a person's hormones. I do believe that this test is an absolute must if anyone is utilizing hormone replacement therapy. Let me know if you have any questions please! https://www.loom.com/share/5549beb80f9143bd9f449c8a76224914

@Weissam Eid I figured since the test caused some inflammation I would just throw some anavar on top to balance it out!
