I'm always being yelled at . I slept with a bonnet on so my hair would stay off my face and wouldn't wrap around my earrings and rip them out . My sister came home from her sleepover I let her settle down for a few hours . Like 35 minutes ago I say hey can I have a set of the spacers and ahse says not right f-ing now I'm busy with a very hard attitude. I said ok but my ear is closing like I can't put anything through and then I get yelled at to get out . And then my dad says stop arguing when he wasn't even paying attention to the conversation said I didn't start it she was being rude and then yells at me . Apparently it's always my fault and I'm the problem in my family and I'm done . They all wonder why I don't wanna be in the house and this is the exact reason why . I'm tired of being disrespected over and over again it's mentally exhausting and I'm over it . I've already dealt with everything else in my life ans adding to it is just making me feel more like I just wanna like scream at someone . Everything is always my fault or I'm the problem or I'm getting blammed left and right for this or that it's tiring and sickening.
Sunday Scaries...
What's scaring you these days? Your feelings? Job opportunities (or lack thereof)? Financial worries? Not belonging to a friend group? Starting a new gym routine? For me, it's finances. I'm not where I'd like to be with my income, or coaching clients, or financial stability (being an adult is TOUGH sometimes) and am looking at other job opportunities due to the way things are. And so, if I have a fear or worry or concern... what. am. I. going. to. do. about. it? Complain on the internet? Let people know alllll of the problems I have? Double down on a pity party and feel sorry for myself? OR... Do I seek out answers, clarity, direction, support?? *Like we do in this community* Thankfully, I'm choosing the second option ✌️ I have already made some huge waves to improving the spot that I'm in and not only getting more coaching clients, but also, opportunities I had never even considered have appeared at my door. “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” – Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist (my favorite book!) So a few days ago I posted a conversation about my mom and I'm thinking back on it . I haven't had a good relationship with her my whole life . I feel like the runt of a little kinda like how they baby you but in all reality they don't care about you . She's always brought me down mentally and physically. I am thinking about like writing her off like hust letting her go . I get she's my mom but out of full honesty my stepmom in the last 9 months has done way more for me than my actual mother has done for me . So would writing her off be a good thing or will it bring me down I feel like I can only answer that . What I'm looking for is just someone to care about my feelings and boundaries enough to be able to have a healthy relationship with . A lot of my trauma and stuff is because I wasn't nurtured maternally . My questions is for any one to answer the question of How do I find myself if I don't even know where to start . How do I set boundaries without coming off as a wisemouth . How do I set expectations without breaking or feeling like I'm falling under pressure .
