Lunch - nothing Dinner- nothing 2 vodka sodas. - went to the FC Cincy soccer game Feeling- I am pissed off. I’m annoyed. I’m hungry. But whenever I start thinking about eating- it’s like I get mentally and emotionally body slammed. Today just sucked.

Wellness WINSday
Alright team, what're we winning at this week? For me, I had some really trying days on Monday and Tuesday after I got back home and I am so grateful to say that movement, action, and DOING SOMETHING helped immensely. I did not sleep much last night, but rather than continuing to toss and turn, I went ahead and took care of some chores - dishes, laundry, surprise project, etc. I got 15 minutes of movement in before I met clients today and it really set the tone for me to have a nice day -- movement. is. medicine. 15 minutes a day is 91 hours a year. You can get A LOT done in 15 minutes a day. Then, rather than letting myself get distracted by my phone or social media, I set boundaries with myself and prioritized DOING things, not CONSUMING them. This allowed me to be incredibly productive today that has carried over into me having a better mood and I really turned this week around because of ACTION. You climb a staircase... One. Step. At. A. Time. The small wins add up!

I'm winning by getting orders for my art and creative animals and phone cases .I also passed my math test with an 100% and then my quiz with a 95%

I hope everyone had a fantastic day . My day was an eh I made a new beaded phone case took me about 1 hour 30 mintues to make it because I had to individually put every bead on . It came out so cute and amazing. Hope everyone sleeps good tonight.

@Alexandra Rose I agree with you and it stuck out to me , just because it is normal doesn't mean it's correct. I lot of things are normalized or normal but it doesn't make them true at all .

Every year I make posters to motivate my students while they take their end of the year state tests. Felt myself relating to them alot today while β€œactively monitoring” , so I thought I would share with the rest of the class.
