Framework Friday
Hey squad, I’m implementing some community guidelines and “bumpers on the bowling lane,” if you will — this way, gutter balls and completely missing the pins become far less likely. This community is a place for honesty, growth, support, and real conversations. We encourage vulnerability. What we do not encourage is staying stuck in loops of helplessness, constant venting, or emotional spiraling without action — because that impacts the energy, direction, and emotional weight of the entire community. If you share a struggle, try to include: - - context - - what you’re learning - - what support you need - - or what next step you’re willing to take The goal is not to suppress emotions. The goal is to help people move forward instead of reinforcing hopelessness. We want safety. We want honesty. We want vulnerability. But what all of those require is structure. Structure helps people learn how to self-regulate, communicate more clearly, and better withstand the emotional weight of life — which is not small stuff. This is “Learning to Ride the Mental Waves” from Mindset Mobility in real time. You are actively evolving, growing, and changing — which means you’ve never fully met this version of yourself before. context - well financially things at home are not well both mom and dad are handling it but I can't be a couch potato but I can't help it feels like its not in my hands all the jobs I been doing it's slipping of my hands what you’re learning - I am learning that I need a slow pace job where they Will let me take my time and learn the job not just fire me just because I am learning slowly what support you need - it will be nice if my surrounding people understands that I am trying
Sunday Scaries...
What's scaring you these days? Your feelings? Job opportunities (or lack thereof)? Financial worries? Not belonging to a friend group? Starting a new gym routine? For me, it's finances. I'm not where I'd like to be with my income, or coaching clients, or financial stability (being an adult is TOUGH sometimes) and am looking at other job opportunities due to the way things are. And so, if I have a fear or worry or concern... what. am. I. going. to. do. about. it? Complain on the internet? Let people know alllll of the problems I have? Double down on a pity party and feel sorry for myself? OR... Do I seek out answers, clarity, direction, support?? *Like we do in this community* Thankfully, I'm choosing the second option ✌️ I have already made some huge waves to improving the spot that I'm in and not only getting more coaching clients, but also, opportunities I had never even considered have appeared at my door. “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” – Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist (my favorite book!) @Tyler Buckingham the problem here is I have no idea what I want I have done lots of jobs washing dishes, making noodles,wine seller, retail dentist assistant but still I have no idea what I want

My family went to birthday party I just had no mood so I stayed at home till they came back in the morning being alone felt like selfcare
