Didn’t eat anything yesterday. My brother showed me a video and some info about the benefits of fasting for 36 hours, so I started tha a few months ago. In the beginning, I was doing it because I thought it would benefit my body. But yesterday while walking my daily miles, I asked myself ā€œwhy am I doing this today?ā€. And I realized it had just turned into another excuse I can use to not eat that day. It was meant as a reset day but has turned into something else. It’s teacher appreciation week this week and today’s theme is Cinco De Mayo - tacos for lunch. Like every sane person, I can crush some tacos. My goal is to try to enjoy some today. ……I wonder if PTO can sneak some margs into the teacher break room? 🤣

Tuesday Tip
Every hour you are awake, do 10 squats. Set a timer for each hour and do 10 squats. Don't say you're too busy or don't have time. You have 15-30 seconds every hour. And you deserve to move your body. By the end of the day, you could have done over 100 squats and hardly losing any time. Exercise and movement matters. YOU matter. Your joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, your BONES, matter. Movement is medicine. So, take advantage of it! Who is going to move your body for you if you don't? No one. Give yourself the love you DESERVE. Especially before your health decides for you and you can't move as well.
