Writers / creators block?

Today I feel blocked to create. Idea's aren't flowing well, and they're certainly not combining.

I remembered the above quote when I was reading "Building a second brain" last night, and thought i'd share here incase anyone else had the same issue.

So instead of trying to squeeze blood out of a stone and create things today, I am going to take some time to learn and tidy up my second brain. I'll collect my ideas in my second brain, ready to begin distilling when my mind makes connections and decides the time is right.

Hope this can help anyone pulling their hair out over writers block!
