My coach recommended me this book... anyone read it?
It will not be a fast read, but I plan to do it. 😀
The book was written in 1643 by the famous samurai Miyamoto Musashi. It was intended as a book for martial artists. My coach recommended it to me to help me boost my decision making skills.
To give you a taste - 9 principles from the book: The Nine Main Principles
1. Do not think dishonestly.
2. The Way is in training.
3. Become acquainted with every art.
4. Know the Ways of all professions
5. Distinguish between gain and loss in worldly matters.
6. Develop an intuitive judgement and understanding for everything.
7. Perceive those things which cannot be seen.
8. Pay attention even to trifles.
9. Do nothing which is of no use.
