For that, I planned to use “contract arbitrage” and pick freelancers to provide the services of the agency, as I wasn't confident I could do them yet.
But yesterday I thought about a path change:
Building personal brands for young entrepreneurs, instead of for their businesses.
I made a pros and cons list of each one to help me see what path should I follow:
Let's start with my actual path:
💼 Business branding:
❌ Have to use freelancers → Lack of control and divided earnings
✅ High value and niche → high price and growth
On the other side, the other possible path:
👩🏽💻 Personal Branding
❌ Less “valuable” on the market and smaller niche
✅ I could do it all myself as I am way more familiar with it, I like it more, undivided earnings, and it's fit more with my ideal niche and values
