Question - On YouTube Should we make content only for 1 audience

Guys For ex if I want to create content on YouTube and I am interested in 3 things

Like affiliate marketing(Chad Bartlett), business case studies(Coldfusion), youtubers case study(Paddy Galloway)

Should i create all those content on 1 channel or should I have specific channel for each one

Because "business case studies" audience may not interested in "affiliate marketing" or "youtubers case study" and vice versa

So it will not let any of my videos pick up

So guys am I just making it up or is this true with Youtube?
