Free Guides On Editing?

Hey everyone, so one of the biggest constraints I have rn is knowing how to edit properly. I'm going to review the synthesizer mini course on editing tomorrow, but besides that, I have no clue on what videos to watch, who's credible while being beginner friendly, and is free to watch(because I don't have money to pay for courses).

At any rate, what video series could you guys recommend to me that are on YouTube or a free course from someone who knows what they're talking about? Any help is appreciated! Also I use capcut if that matters.
