For Beginners: Creator Economy Job?
Making a living through content creation is possible.
But it's hard, and it takes a long-time.
In Nathan Barry's Pillars of Wealth the solution to this problem is to start by trading your time for money.
Sounds averse to much of the advise you've heard... But if your short-term goal is just to go full-time in the creator economy, then it's probably the best way.
NOTE: I'm not advocating that easier and quicker is better. And I'm not advocating that everyone starts by trading their time for money. Trading your time for money is more likely to have an earning cap. And long-term it's not optimal for wealth creation. But short-term, if your goal is to just make a few thousand dollars online, and you're able to find a job that meets below criteria, I think it's the best way to do it.
So here's the question...
Are you 100% deadset on your current path, or would you take a job that was:
  • In the creator economy
  • Paid a few thousand dollars a month
  • Available to you in the next month or two
  • Taught you content creation skills
  • Fun
Curious to hear your responses (there's no right or wrong answer)
Yes, I'd be open to that job
No, I wouldn't be open to that job
