Become a Content Specialist, make $1500-$7800/month in 30-90 days
Making money through content creation is possible. But it's hard, and takes a long-time.
If you're a beginner content creator, you know this more than anyone else. When I was in that stage I was constantly worrying I'd never make it. I questioned whether I was good enough. And it's tough to stay consistent when you're not seeing results.
There are two groups of people in this community:
  1. The big boys. Established creators/consultants/entrepreneurs making good money
  2. The beginners. People who, no matter how hard they try, aren't seeing the results they want
This message is for the second group.
There's many people in this community that want to make a living in the creator economy, but are struggling because of how tough it is. I've been thinking about this for a while. But the thought came to the surface again when I watched 's last video.
His response: "Hell no."
(For context, Ali has 2,000+ customers for his Part-Time YouTuber Academy, so I trust his answer.)
Now, I know what you're thinking... "Fuck." But please, please don't think this way. There's a light at the end of the tunnel. In fact, there's a light at either end of the tunnel.
LIGHT ONE: Just keep going
Read the first sentence of this post again.
Just because succeeding is hard and takes a long time, doesn't mean it's not possible. And once you make it, it's all worth it.
Quitting shouldn’t be an option.
LIGHT TWO: Earn to learn
There’s a great article called the Ladders of Wealth Creation (see image attached). It explains there are four ladders to wealth creation:
  1. Time for money
  2. Service business
  3. Productized services
  4. Selling products
It explains that “the potential earnings increase the higher up each ladder you climb. But the difficulty increases with each move as well.” Selling products, productized services, or starting your own service business is possible. But it’s hard, and it takes a long time.
The first ladder, Time for Money, has an earning cap. But it's far quicker and easier to get started.
But if your goal is just to make a few thousand dollars a month so that you can go all in on the creator economy... Then the earning cap doesn't matter.
PLUS, if you do it right, the lessons you can learn from apprenticing is huge. And then, like Ali mentions after his initial "Hell No" response earlier, once you have some experience it's far easier to grow an audience through content.
I presented this idea via a poll recently, and there was two responses:
Response 1: Naaa I don't want a job. I know what path I'm on. I just need to keep doing and I know the results will come.
Response 2: Hmmm, definitely open to that
If you fall into Response 1, then that's great 👏. Keep going. Ignore this.
If you're in Response 2, your next thought is probably: "what job are we talking about here? How can I get this job? What does it involve?"
To answer those questions, I need to explain a second problem I'm seeing. This time with the second group of people in this community. The big boys.
Thanks to my YouTube channel (and spending dozens of thousands of dollars on masterminds) I've been able to network with quite a few heavy hitting entrepreneurs. Most making between $50,000 - $1,000,000/month.
And there's been a huge shift in the way they're doing things. They used to be all in on running ads. But now they want to start creating content.
Maybe it's because of clips from the All-In Podcast, or maybe it's because of Alex Hormozi's growth.
But either way, I've been blown away by the amount of successful people that have reached out to me and asked me for content creation help.
But 9 times out of 10, they never implement the advice.
Why?
Because they're too busy, and they don't want to learn the ins and outs on how to be a YouTuber. Running a big business comes with a huge demand on your time, so they want to make content, but not spend their whole day doing it.
So here's the situation:
  • They don't have time, you do have time
  • They don't want to learn content, you do want to learn content
  • You want money, they have money
  • You don't know how to help them, I do know how to help them
  • They don't trust you, they do trust me
To me, when all of those factors line up, it's clear there's a big win/win opportunity here.
And to help you take advantage of this opportunity, I'm thinking about launching the Content Specialist Academy.
The Content Specialist Academy will first train you to become a Content Specialist. It’s a Content Specialist’s role to extract the rare and valuable ideas from people with much more experience than them, then freely share them through social media. Thus furthering the Synthesizer mission. Specifically, they will help define content strategy, come up with content ideas, assist the entrepreneur with creating content, and edit short and long-form content.
AND then the Content Specialist Academy will guarantee you a job paying $1,500 - $7,800 within 30-90 days. To cover our costs, this will be a paid program. But if we don't find you a paying job, you keep the lessons learned and get a full refund. So it's like college, but you're guaranteed a job within 30-90 days or you get your money back. For those highly skilled and motivated, but unable to afford the fee, there will be scholarships. And I'm confident this can work because I've already helped three people get similar jobs.
If things go well, I believe I'll be able to help quite a lot of you get a job in the creator economy, but to test things out we'll start by just accepting five people.
We're looking for people that are:
  • Passionate about content
  • Very hard-working
  • Open to learning new skills (video editing, idea generation etc.)
  • Serious about working full-time
  • Happy with $1,500 - $7,800/month
  • Excited about working in the creator economy
If that sounds like you, apply here.
DEADLINE = 48 hours
If you have any questions, let me know.
