12 week year — Achieving a year's worth goal in 3 months

Hi everyone, is anyone here following the concept of 12-week year?

It's a book and the idea is to achieve your yearly goal in a matter of 12 weeks. The book gives the example of how most of the sales in a company happens towards the end of the year when they have to meet the sales quota -- showing that we achieve only as the deadline approaches.

I found the approach beautiful, the book is really well written. I'm starting my new 12-week year this month and would keep updating.
