10 Million + Views a Month and Cant Monetize My Audience

I have been working on this entertainment channel for two years and have 186,000 subscribers.

On this channel, I post short-form content (I also have a long-form channel with 1k subs)

On a bad month, I get 10 million views; on a good month, I can get 30 million views, but I can never convert those views into $.

Eagerly waiting for advice from anyone that can help.
