SKIP TRACING HELP!!
Still working my way on contacting claimants. The hardest for me is trying to skip trace these deceased people. what ways have you found that work!?!?! I'm finding obituary posts, but don't I also need to find the death certificate and then move on to children and deeds to properties for proof/evidence?
I'd like to get at least my FIRST deal under my belt
