When sending your contingency fee and assignment of proceeds or assignment letter, are you sending a cover letter or just that? Are you sending it as a DocuSign or just an email to have them sign it and send it back? Thoughts?

Made a few hours worth of phone calls Sunday night and they paid off. Got my first verbal agreement with a contract sent in the mail. It's not a paycheck but it's the first step!

I appreciated something that Rose mentioned on one of her last calls. She said that she gets her skip tracing done in the evening while doing something else like listening to music or watching a show, so that it doesn't feel like work. Therefore , in the morning, she already has her list of people ready to contact. I think that this is excellent advice, so that we are ready to roll when the morning comes and have people ready to contact. Very good tip !
