My father was taken to the hospital with internal bleeding and othet issues, and I am helping him. Very challenging. I know that others of you also have some difficult challenges. Hang in there. Greetings everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that today is my last day in this community but I will be on FB. It has been a pleasure being is this group. You all are great and so supportive. David has often said that follow up is the key and that many clients don’t pull the trigger until the 12th form of contact. Case in point. Unclaimed funds case. In early March, I reached out to the decedents children. No luck. Then I reached out to grand kids. Got in touch with one of them, only to then be ghosted. I followed up with the two children and still never heard anything. Voicemails, texts messages, emails, video texts. Nothing. Out of the blue today, 6 weeks later, I get a call from the daughter and another one from the son’s wife. Then I get a call from a grandson. All within two days of each other. Persistence pays off.

No excuses. The people who get clients are the ones who stay consistent and use every avenue possible 💪 Call them 📞Text them 📱Email them 📧Send them a letter ✉️ Most people give up after one attempt. The deals go to the person willing to follow up one more time 🔥 Every envelope ✉️, every text 📱, every voicemail 📞, every email 📧 is another chance to change someone's life and build your business. Stay persistent.Stay visible.Stay in front of them. 👀 Your next client may come from the follow-up everyone else was too lazy to do 🚀
