@David Church let’s play some more with this scenario. Real truth with this one. What if there was no will or trust, meaning there wasn’t an executor. 4 heirs. One heir (Danielle) is adopted by the account owner but happens to be a biological granddaughter. She’s estranged with her biological mother (Angie, account owners daughter). 2 other siblings that are skeptical and somewhat disconnected. It’s a mess!!

I’m in my first month of putting in the work for SF. This last week I sent out two more contracts. I’ve got a total of 3 other valid contracts sent out with at least 1 more verbal agreement getting close. Two of those contracts are being held up due to the snow storm we got hit with. Two are being held up due to familial drama. Working the process works.

Question
On these teaching videos I’m hearing “ the state only allows us to ask for 15% or 20%” but then further down I hear “ I’ll work this smaller claim and get 40 or 50% of the surplus” are these contradicting each other or am I not understanding something right?
