Hey all! hoping someone might be able to help me out here...I have made contact with the heir of an estate for a mortgage overage...now...as he is the heir, there is a personal representative (lawyer)...the case has only the heir and the decedent's name on the court order...how would I work this in DE? get paper's signed, POA and go through the lawyer listed as the PR or should I go through my lawyer? HELP!!

Hey Warriors After an exhausting day we have the software running - YES! This was my fault - there was an update and I thought I was fixing something - it changed the IP address, it didn't whitelisted, yada yada yada. Thank God we are up & running!

Warriors - Yesterday when the update happened it didn't hit our server for permission as the IP address got changed. Thanks to the developers who worked around the clock on this issue - we are in the process of requesting new access - should be up in the next couple of hours.

Hey Warriors Surplus list had an update - something is going on. I want our developer to look at it and before I try to reboot it. I am working on this. Sorry for any trouble this may cause.
