Google Voice is considered P2P (person-to-person) — so it does not require 2P/10DLC registration to text or call. That’s why Google doesn’t ask for brand verification or campaign approval. That said — people don’t usually get “flagged” just for not having 10DLC.They get flagged for behavior, not the platform. You might have a problem if: - You send high-volume texts fast - Copy/pastes the same message repeatedly - Uses automation or VA blasting If you’re using Google Voice for manual outreach, real conversations, and normal daily volume, it’s generally fine and widely used.
