Gonna hold off until Wednesday to resume lives
Hey everyone! I just got to moving around and my back is still not feeling 100% and being that today is a cardio class, I really preferred to take a few more days to really let my back heal up. It’s much better now, but it’s not 100%. I just don’t want to re-aggravate the injury.. Go ahead and just do one more of the wine classes and I’ll see everyone for class Wednesday. Apologies for the last message, but I always try to wait to see how I feel before posting so that if I’m good, we can do class. I know what caused the injury and what went wrong so I know how to provide it in the future. Thanks for the kind words and I’ll see everyone on Wednesday!! Definitely do a workout from one of the rewinds!!

Superhuman Q2 Workout Program Updates
Hey Team! Here is the new program for the next 3 months of Superhuman. Starting Monday April 1st, I will be changing up the workout style for each of our 3 live classes. The new class breakdown is as follows: *Monday* Cardio Valor (30min): A fast paced, non-stop, total body cardio workout with moves that increase with intensity as the workout progresses. *Wednesday* Strength & Honor (30min): A functional strength training total body workout, increasing resistance & reps after each set with a focus on proper form & stability. *Saturday* Stamina Conquest (30min work / 15min stretch): A cardio / strength combination workout where each exercise is performed for approx.1 minute until we move to the next movement. No live class today - back tweak
Hey Fam! There won’t be a live class today due to a minor lower back injury that sustained at CrossFit yesterday this is just a precaution and I should be fine going into next week, but I don’t want to risk it with a high intensity cardio class. I didn’t think that the weight was Sufficient enough to cause injury, I feel a lot of soreness, tightness and pain so I just need to rest. I felt tightness last night and it worsened overnight. I’ll be more careful going forward and I miss you guys until our next class on Monday. I highly recommend everyone does a class from the recordings. @Katarina Weir which one do you recommend?
