CV5 for Monday
Happy MLK! Just kicked off this frigid Monday with CV5. So good. Not as much time on wrists as CV4. Really well-balanced, recommend! I'm trying to alternate CV and S&H Mon-Thurs and keep the weekend for walks and other exercise. Trying to get back to my regular Friday yoga.
