I Couldn't handle squats - CSC #10 is body weight, push ups and lots of bands. I misplaced my red band so had to grab another color from the bag and man, game changer. Whole new workout with tighter band!

Good for a Monday morning too! just skipped the stretch in middle and then whew- lot of hyper cardio action!

Sneaky hard. Bands around wrists. Mostly upper. Good cardio throughout.

Working my way the other direction on CSC. good to remember how hard the band makes things...
Last CSC
Finally made it to the last CSC in the queue. Also focused on upper with bands, but lots of cardio. Lower feels worked out too with lunges and squats.
