TRAINING CHECK-INS🏋🏻‍♂️
In order to get the most out of this community, I recommend that each of you check-in here every time you train. After you complete a training session, post a recap in the check-in forum.
There are so many benefits to this process, hence why I do it with all of my 1-1 clients:
âś… It holds you accountable; you know someone is watching you
âś… You are less likely to skip your training or half ass it
âś… It drives competition amongst the other men here
âś… You will receive unlimited feedback on technique, RPE ratings & more

Great session today. I hit a lifetime PR on the bench press of 315lbs. My squat didn’t feel so great, but I’m going to adjust my technique next time to fix that. My bodybuilding accessories were fun and all pushed hard”
