Similar to G Maps Extractor—which captures leads from Google Maps for self-storage facilities—Lead Sniper is available for a one-time fee instead of a recurring monthly charge. Reading a recent article I thought I would share… According to Inside Self-Storage (ISS), the self-storage sector is showing early signs of a new investment cycle after several years of slower acquisition and development activity driven by higher interest rates. Asset values have largely reset from 2021/2022 peaks, with investor interest increasingly focused on well-located assets and operational upside. ISS notes improving sentiment around acquisitions, a continued slowdown in new development, and a more supportive lending environment heading into 2026.
