Work....are you ready?
How many of you all believe you're ready to take the next step and accept work? Do you feel comfortable engaging in the full process yet? Do you believe that you are ready to compete with people in our group and the VO community at large?
I'm honest enough to realize at this time I'm not completely there and am grateful for our group and Earl's guidance. I will see this through, however the road rides I will keep moving ahead.
